When will I receive my order?
Since each cat accessory is checked for quality and hand package by Lemon Letter, it typically takes 7-9 business days for orders to get to our customers. As soon as your one of a kind, handcrafted bowties are ready, we will ship them out to you. We currently ship anywhere in the continental US.

Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales are Final. We accept returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving your handcrafted cat bowtie at lemonletteroffical@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Why No Returns or Exchanges? - You Might Ask...
Because you don't want your cat to wear an accessory that another cat wore, even if it just once.

Each cat accessory was handcrafted and is just as unique as the rescue cats they go to help. Each bowtie took time and effort to make, and we don't personally financially benefit from the profits because we love rescue cats as much as you do and want to help them find a lifetime home. All profits go to helping rescue cats in Great Falls, MT in the Pet Paw See find their permit homes, and returns take away from our ability to help these kitties.
